Definition of Alchemy: The magical science of turning something of low worth into something of great value.

Alchemy was established in 2013 in order to meet the demands of printers who wanted to partner with a company that was passionate about ink production and print. We are a dedicated manufacturer and supplier of waterbase flexographic ink. Our aim is to produce high quality inks and offer unmatched technical service.

Alchemy is headed up by Mike Stacey, who has extensive knowledge in procurement of pigments and resins, and a proven track record of running successful businesses.

Johan De Klerk and Dewald Hattingh manage the production facility in Spartan, Johannesburg. Alchemy has invested in a 2500 Sqm factory that has been adapted into an efficient base and varnish manufacturing plant.

New basket mills, with superior pigment grinding abilities, have the capacity to produce 10'000 kg of high pigment bases per day. Coupled with this are high speed dispensers which can produce 25'000 kg of technology varnishes formulated for individual customer requirements.

Greg Peters heads up the Cape Town region. Greg has experience in production of inks, formulating, and print trouble shooting. High graphic corrugated cartons are our speciality and we pride ourselves in our ability to achieve good production and quality for our customers.
